Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners in the European regionAct as the main point of contact for day-to-day account coordination and issue resolutionIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Fintech, PPOB, and E-Wallet productsCoordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth service deliveryMonitor account performance, usage, and revenue trendsSupport contract renewals, commercial discussions, and pricing alignmentPrepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance updates for managementEnsure compliance with European regulations and client requirementsSupport onboarding and go-live process for new services within existing accountsRequirementsExperience & BackgroundMinimum 3–5 years experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Client SuccessExperience in Fintech, VAS, Digital Payments, PPOB, E-Wallet, or Telco-related servicesProven experience managing B2B clients in European marketsStrong understanding of contract management and client lifecycleSkills & CompetenciesExcellent relationship management and communication skillsStrong coordination and problem-solving capabilityCommercial awareness with ability to grow accounts and protect revenueGood analytical skills for account performance trackingAble to work independently in a cross-border, multicultural environmentLanguage & CommunicationFluent English (mandatory)Additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong advantageOther RequirementsWilling to work with European time zones and occasional travelDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skillsComfortable working with CRM, reporting tools, and dashboards
