We are looking for a Functional Workday HCM Consultant to join their team and assist in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules.
What would your duties be?
Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules (Core HR -Organization Management, Job Profiles, Positions-, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management -Performance, Succession, Learning-, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting and Analytics.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Workday configurations.
Design, configure, and test Workday HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
Develop and execute test plans, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
Provide guidance on data conversion, integrations, and security setup within Workday HCM.
Deliver end-user training and create documentation for HR teams.
Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Workday HCM modules.
Which are the requirements for this position?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in multiple Workday HCM modules.
Experience with business process design, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
Workday HCM certification(s) highly preferred.
English fluent, international environment.
