Responsibilities
1. Lead Talkdesk strategic implementations with new and existing partners, including project management, requirements gathering, designing prototypes, configuring & integrating systems, building user acceptance testing guides, testing, and delivering training.
2. Understand partner business objectives, consult with industry best practices, and document user stories. Establish Talkdesk as the best solution to address needs and ensure partner success for each role within the customer’s organization.
3. Lead project scoping, create project plans, and coordinate activities with partner project managers for successful deployments.
4. Develop visual diagrams of the partner's end-client journey.
5. Build trust with partner executives, leadership, and stakeholders to remove project roadblocks and ensure success.
6. Work with partners to track progress, develop risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
7. Leverage technical acumen to identify solutions and produce technical documentation.
8. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and support requests.
9. Participate in the sales cycle as needed to gather requirements and develop proposals/SOWs.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
2. 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, IT Applications Development, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
3. Experience with CRM implementations or integrations (e.G., Salesforce, Zendesk).
4. Experience with SQL/SOQL and JavaScript is a plus.
5. Experience with diagramming software like Visio or Lucid Chart.
6. Knowledge of Web Services (REST APIs).
7. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
8. Passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies.
9. Highly organized, self-starting, and able to work cross-functionally.
10. Fluent in English;
bilingual abilities area plus.
11. Travel up to 30% may be required.
