YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor daily workshop operations and update dashboards with project progress and critical points
2. Validate operator time entries in the ERP system to ensure accurate reporting
3. Participate in planning meetings to track workload, resource allocation, and project timelines
4. Support resolution of technical issues and act as a communication bridge between technicians and management
5. Coordinate material availability for upcoming assemblies and flag potential shortages or delays
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization or Production Engineering
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
8. Basic experience or interest in industrial, logistics, or assembly environments
9. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
10. Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and managerial teams
