In this role, you’ll own and execute strategies designed to drive product adoption, engagement, and usage, working closely with product, marketing, developer relations, and growth teams. What You’ll Be Doing As a Product Marketing Manager (PLG), you’ll be responsible for : Defining and refining the product-market fit, positioning, and value propositions for a portfolio of cloud infrastructure solutions targeting technical audiences. Leading the development of product-led growth strategies for self-service and developer-first cloud products — covering awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention. Building and optimizing digital buyer journeys and in-product experiences that guide developers from initial interest to power users. Crafting technical product narratives, messaging frameworks, and educational content tailored for cloud-native, Kubernetes, and DevOps communities. Partnering with Product, Growth, Sales, and Developer Advocacy teams to align PLG tactics, launch plans, and customer engagement strategies. Driving in-product marketing programs, nurture automations, and scalable growth loops that increase product usage and value realization. Supporting go-to-market plans for new features, customer stories, ISV partnerships, and product enhancements — ensuring consistent, impactful messaging at every stage. Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing adoption, activation, and retention KPIs to continuously improve growth programs. What We’re Looking For We’d love to meet candidates who bring : 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure company. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing PLG strategies and growth initiatives for technical or developer-centric products. Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and storage solutions. Experience collaborating on product development cycles, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven attitude comfortable owning projects from ideation to delivery.
