Your main responsibilities: S/4 HANA Transformation: Lead the migration of Supply Chain processes from R/3 to S/4 HANA, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Process Consultancy: Map and document current spare parts supply chain flows, defining the ideal "target" model for the group. Advanced Automation: Identify and execute optimization opportunities using cutting-edge tools like MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) and leveraging the potential of AI and Python. Quality & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, manage incidents via Jira, and ensure flawless system integration. Data-Driven Insights: Create business performance reports and analyze critical data to support strategic decision-making. What You Need to Shine Solid Background: Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. Sector Experience: Experience in Supply Chain processes, ideally within spare parts management or after-sales service. SAP Mastery: Advanced experience as an SAP Key User (R/3 and S/4), with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and detect improvement gaps. Tech-Savvy: Deep knowledge of MS Office and Jira. Previous experience with MS Power Platform is highly valued. Curious Mindset: A strong interest in learning new technologies such as MS Copilot, SQL, Databricks, or Python (programming skills are not required, but understanding IT logic is essential).
