Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in exhibition stand contracting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new leads across corporate clients, international brands, and event organizers
Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
Prospect through networking, referrals, and industry events
Client Management
Manage end-to-end client relationships from briefing to project delivery
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective stand solutions
Ensure high client satisfaction and drive repeat business
Sales & Revenue Growth
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client pitches
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Project Coordination
Work closely with design, production, and project teams
Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and industry trends
Identify opportunities in new markets and exhibitions

Strong understanding of exhibition stand design & build processes
Proven sales experience in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand floor plans and basic design concepts
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting capability

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition stand contracting or related industry
Strong industry network is an advantage
