Human Resources and Office Administration Schedule:
* Manage all HR-related matters concerning maintenance operations in northern Spain.
* Oversee recruitment processes and assist with payroll and tax compliance.
* Administer HR policies in accordance with Spanish regulations.
* Report to the Project Manager and General Manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
* Relevant diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources from a Spanish institution.
* Comprehensive understanding of Spanish and EU labour laws, tax laws, and related regulations.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork.
Preferred:
* Previous aerospace experience in Spain.
