Project and Change Management Specialist - Supply Chain (m/f/d)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, drive and coordinate global Supply Chain projects ensuring appropriate change management and implementation.
* Understand, assess and drive future adoption of our Supply Chain processes, e.g. by new technologies; evaluate the gaps to status quo and drive implementation together with our regional supply chain units.
* Connect business and supply chain and derive and align measures and KPIs to achieve the desired performance.
* Communicate and exchange on all levels of the supply chain organization as well as business management on pre-defined topics.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Work experience >5 years in supply chain and/or business functions.
* University degree in business, supply chain and logistics, or related field.
* Project management, Project leadership knowledge preferable; knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, ideally deeper knowledge of 1-2 processes.
* Analytical skills for Process and Financial Key Performance Indicators; usage of appropriate data analytics tools.
* People-oriented mindset.
* Organizational awareness and communication on all levels of organization.
* English, ideally second language like German, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean or Japanese.
