As our Bid Writer for Logistics Industry, you will be the strategic voice behind our responses to high-stakes RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for both public sector transport authorities and private enterprise fleets (e.G., logistics, delivery, gig-economy). Your core mission is to write winning proposals that prove the safety and financial ROI of our driver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Public & Private Tendering: End-to-end project management of complex bids, successfully navigating the strict compliance requirements of public sector tenders alongside the fast-paced, ROI-driven RFPs of private enterprise fleets.
* Value Proposition Articulation: Craft highly tailored proposals that translate our core offerings (driver sourcing, accident reduction, defensive driving training) into compelling narratives for Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, and Procurement Officers.
* Technical Translation: Clearly articulate how our blended training methods, from Behind-the-Wheel instruction to our digital modules, integrate with a fleet's existing operations to reduce vehicle downtime and insurance costs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal Subject Matter Experts (Sales Leaders, Driver Trainers, Product Managers) to extract operational and technical details and weave them into persuasive copy.
* Content Library Management: Build and maintain a highly organized database of boilerplate responses, case studies, safety statistics, and compliance certifications.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 4+ years of proven bid writing or proposal management experience. Priority will be given to applicants with experience writing tenders within the transportation, logistics, supply chain, mobility, or fleet management sectors.
* Deep experience managing and winning both private enterprise RFPs and highly regulated public sector tenders.
* Flawless written English with the ability to write clearly and persuasively for executive buyers and procurement committees.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex, multi-stakeholder bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Digital Learning / XR Knowledge: Familiarity with modern learning ecosystems (LMS), frontline digital training, or immersive technologies (VR/XR/Spatial Learning) is a strong plus.
