Job Opportunity: In Store Visual Merchandiser at Louis Vuitton Madrid
Louis Vuitton Madrid Stores are seeking a full-time In Store Visual Merchandiser. The successful candidate will ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of VM across all product categories, with a focus on business and commercial effectiveness. They should also be able to support the sales team as a Client Advisor when needed.
Responsibilities
* Interactions with Store Staff and Product Zoning: Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Product Specialists on sales trends, new launches, collections, and VM guidelines. Develop store zoning for each product category in partnership with relevant teams.
* Windows Display (~ 5 times a year): Coordinate window installations with Area VM and suppliers. Manage product changes bi-weekly during rotations.
* Interior Merchandising, Events, and Product Displays: Prepare product lists, install products according to guidelines, and support in-store events and product actions.
* Control and Feedback: Take photos of displays, monitor sales performance, adjust zoning strategies, and share feedback with the team.
* Daily Store VM Maintenance: Ensure store environment, lighting, product presentation, and cleanliness meet LV standards.
Profile & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience in retail, preferably with an art or fashion education background.
* Proven ability to support store sales through VM strategies.
* Experience across multiple fashion categories, including RTW.
* Strong styling skills and experience working with products in-store and in windows.
* Leadership skills to guide VM implementation and propose adaptations as needed.
* Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous sales experience and fluency in English and Spanish.
