This is a site based leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a talented team, improve operational efficiencies, and drive cost savings across all Supply Chain activities.
Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the site.Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory management.Manage stakeholder relationships across site, regional, and central teams to ensure alignment.Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement targets aligned with site objectives.Continuously analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.Hands-on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity modeling.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organizational levels.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementations.Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, showing strong problem-solving skills.If you are interested in applying for this Supply Chain Manager role, please register your interest using the link below.
