Your RoleIn the assigned BES territory / BSP industry, manage, develop, and maintain high-value customer relations (gold, silver, bronze) to maximize sales and profit. Identify opportunities and monetize business potentials. This position will cover the East and South of Spain.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the polymers and rubbers sector.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of needs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to propose effective strategies.
Develop and execute sales plans.
Your ProfileSkills
In-depth knowledge of polymers and rubbers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Languages:
Spanish and English at C1 level.
ExperiencePrevious sales or account management experience in the chemical industry.
EducationGraduate in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or similar.
