The Sales Excellence Associate is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing sales processes, and support market and client segmentation. This role requires proactiveness in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance sales performance.
Co-lead projects aimed at improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.
Sales Operations: Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; Pursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP; Help equip our Marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, target lists, and contacts.
Analyze the client portfolio to identify different farming battles per client, prioritize prospects, and improve the quality of our client information in our CRM
Ideally it should have a solid foundation in business principles and marketing and sales strategies.
~1-2 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, marketing, or business improvement roles is ideal to thrive in this position.
~ Exposure to Power Query for data transformation and Power BI for visualization/reporting; basic SQL or Power Pivot is a plus. English is a must.
~ A strong analytical mindset is required to leverage data for insights and support decision-making, along with proactive problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvements. Ticket Restaurant: €11/day from Monday to Thursday between September and June.
Versátil hours for arrival and departure, along with intensive workdays every Friday of the year and during the months of July and August.
Hybrid work format: up to 8 days of remote work per month.
