We are looking for a Change Management – to support the CMC team on the management of change across the different transformation initiatives part of the Lead to Cash program – following the Prosci methodology framework.
Responsabilities :
Change Management Expertise
* Understanding of change processes, principles, and methodologies like the Prosci Methodology and ADKAR Model.
* Familiarity with change management tools and evolving trends.
Communication & Facilitations
* Presentation skills : Creation of clear, effective and well-structured materials to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally
* Workshops design & facilitation : Planning and conducting collaborative workshops to engage stakeholders.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
* Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Priority Setting
Relationships Building
* Coaching and mentoring : Supporting leaders, managers, and teams through change, and
* Project Management : Coordinating efforts, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Requirements :
1 advanced (over 3-6 years’ experience) and 2 juniors (1-3 years’ experience)
Methodologies :
* Change Mgt Methodology : Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies (Prosci)
* Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and an experience working in such contexts
Certification and tools :
* Change Management Certification : To be listed (Prosci certification is required)
Location : Onshore / Nearshore. (Spain / Portugal).
Travel Required : Regular trips to Madrid.
