About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing global software organisation operating in the mobile and IoT device management space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, partner-led sales environment and enjoys building long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and managing relationships with strategic partners and enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 organisations. This is a consultative, high-impact role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
Train and enable channel partners on a leading enterprise platform to generate and convert new business opportunities
Activate partners to migrate legacy customers onto next-generation solutions
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to grow strategic accounts
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities via direct outreach, networking, and partner channels
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
Manage and grow enterprise and strategic partner accounts across your territory
Deliver senior-level presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, and Services) to ensure successful solution delivery
Partner with OEMs and strategic alliances to drive new logos and expansion opportunities
Support escalation management for key customer issues where required
Continuously identify process improvements and growth opportunities within the territory
Maintain deep knowledge of the platform, competitors, and broader industry landscape
Achieve revenue targets and strategic growth objectives (including significant YoY expansion expectations)
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in software sales via channel/partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of indirect/channel sales models
Experience working with OEMs and strategic alliance partners
Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts and close complex deals
Experience engaging with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling or equivalent certification)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
