We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in exhibition stand contracting.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with internal teams.
Identify and generate new leads across corporate clients, international brands, and event organizersBuild and maintain a strong and active sales pipelineProspect through networking, referrals, and industry events
Client ManagementManage end-to-end client relationships from briefing to project deliverySales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and annual sales targets
Project CoordinationWork closely with design, production, and project teamsMonitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Strong understanding of exhibition stand design & build processesProven sales experience in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industryAbility to understand floor plans and basic design conceptsStrong commercial awareness and budgeting capabilityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue & SalesMonthly / Quarterly sales target achievementOn-time project delivery
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Strong industry network is an advantage
