Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager will be be responsible to carry out Seagram’s projects, to execute strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Main missions and responsabilities:
- Conduct brand analysis and support the creation of the annual strategic brand plan.
- Project management to implement the brand strategy, working hand in hand with transversal teams and external agencies.
- Lead Social Media, partnerships and PR strategies working with the Digital & Comms team, to bring brand personality to life and achieve annual KPIs.
- Actively participate in the development of ATL media campaigns with SBM (TV, radio, digital).
- Work closely with the on-trade and off-trade departments to guarantee excellence in the execution of brand actions in these channels (on-packs, PoS visibility, promotions and consumers activations).
- Support the development of new products and limited-editions with SBM and Industrial departments. Participate to their launch.
- Track and report KPIs of each project, draw appropriate learnings and recommendations.
- Budget management.
Required profile:
- University degree. A master degree will be a plus.
- English fluent. Other languages, French, will be a plus.
- At least 1 year experience Junior Brand Manager or similar.
- 2-3 professional experience in the field of brand management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry.
