We are seeking a Product Support Manager with over 4 years of experience leading support teams in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years leading support teams of 10+ members
* Experience with remote teams in PHL
* 2+ years of SaaS direct support experience
* Experience with OKR frameworks, automations, knowledge bases, and support platforms
* Data-driven mindset, leadership skills, positive problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English
Beneficial skills include experience with creator markets, Voice of Customer reporting, managing online communities, mobile app support, and support platform migration.
The role involves ensuring KPI targets are met, supporting other teams, managing escalations, training support staff, maintaining product knowledge, establishing a high-quality Help Center, tracking metrics, and collaborating across teams.
