BU4 Electronics & Mechatronics**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Organize, update and maintain internal HR records (e.G. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).- Prepare and update HR documentation.- Revise company policies and ensure legal compliance.- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work time hours, turnover rates, etc.).- Assist in payroll tasks by providing relevant employee information (e.G. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).- Participate in HR projects.- Assist in audits to the HR department.- Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries about HR related issues, providing guidance and interceding in conflicts resolution.**Your Skills & Strengths**:- Certification in Human Resources, management or similar.- Proven experience in a similar HR role.- Knowledge of labor laws and practices.- Good skills in Microsoft Excel.- Previous experience with SAP will be valued.- B2 level of Spanish and English is required.In addition to work in a great team, we encourage you to reach your personal potential and through outstanding learning and development opportunities.
