Leading and motivate an Entertainment Team.
- To coordinate the different programs with your team members and report directly to the hotel Manager and the Coordinator of Entertainment. The last and maximum. responsible for the program is the chief entertainer.
- To create a two-week program for the nighttime including the shows trained during the entertainment course.
- To ensure that the Guest Satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.
- To ensure that sales target and economical results are consistently achieved.
- Supervise the daytime activities of your team and report to the Entertainment Coordinator.
- Attend regular meetings with the management.
- Solving problems.
- Order material based in real needs of the hotel and requirements of the company.
- Public relations with the guests and join the activities.
- Tutoring the entertainers to educate them for future internal promotion.
- To lead activities.
- Perform game nights.
Training period for from the 17th April Accommodation, food and beverage during the season provided by the company.
Our Office is in Inca, Mallorca, but the positions is our hotels all around Balearic islands.
- Experience in Hotel Entertainment.
- Experience as chief or second chief.
- Be outgoing and open minded.
- Guest service minded.
- Master the next languages: Spanish and English. German and some other European languages will be appreciated.
- Be able to manage small and big teams
- Dancing abilities.
- To empathize with different nationalities.
- Negotiation abilities.
- To be able to work in a flat system where the negotiation with the entertainers and listen to the team is imperative.
To cover any of the positions in the team (Sport, kids, fitness) you might carry out any of these titles.
Kids: teachers, technical education in Kids care or experience in working with children in schools/kids camps/play schools.
Sport: (adults & teenagers): qualified in Physical education or Tourism education or a minimum of High School. Experience in monitoring activities, knowledge in sports, dancing and public relations.
Sportters(fitness): entertainers specialized in fitness and specific sport activities reason why... The applicants should have a sports education related with fitness (FITNESS INSTRUCTORS, PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPECIALIZED IN FITNESS) and outdoors activities or have experience in hosting sport activities.
