The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Graduate.
This contract offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in supporting the Corporate Compliance Area in maintaining the company’s regulatory standards and promoting ethical practices within the organization.
What you'll get to do
* Assist in the drafting, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.
* Conduct research and analysis on applicable regulations and standards.
* Analyse compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
* Manage, maintain and organize compliance-related documentation, records and databases.
* Assist in the organization of awareness and training initiatives and help manage communication channels on compliance standards.
* Support in the various ongoing Compliance processes, projects and initiatives as needed.

What you’ll need:
* A bachelor’s degree, preferably (but not necessarily) in law, and/or familiarity with French/EU compliance and labour law
* Fluency in English and French, with Spanish being a desirable additional language.
* To be comfortable working both independently, as part of a small team, and also as part of a matrix of stakeholders.
* The ability to analyse information and organise it in texts, presentations, and other communication material.
* The ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Availability to work in Barcelona.
