Responsibilities:
-Manage customer orders and coordinate the full order process
-Communicate with customers regarding quotations, product availability, delivery schedules, and order follow-up
-Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations
-Support after-sales and technical service activities, including related documentation and invoicing
-Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other commercial documents
-Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Development Managers
-Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and related logistics
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
-Fluent in Spanish and English & French
-SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
