Role Description The Engagement and Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of member engagement initiatives and programs.
Responsibilities Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, organizing events, managing communication channels, and ensuring positive member experiences in colaboration of the Comunications and Events Team.
The manager will work closely with different stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation.
Details This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, with some flexibility for remote work some days during the week depending on the agenda.
Qualifications Strong project management and program coordination skills
Proficiency in stakeholder and partnership management
Expertise in event planning and member engagement strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Experience or familiarity with innovation ecosystems and community development
Fluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish is preferred
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and program delivery
A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technology or a related field is advantageous
