Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
* Lead, coach, and inspire the team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and consistency.
* Drive sales performance and commercial initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
* Monitor key operational KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and cost control.
* Ensure strong team culture and engagement, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business development opportunities.
* Maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and brand experience.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Ideal Profile
* 4–7 years of experience in restaurant management or multi-unit hospitality operations.
* Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
* Highly operational and hands-on, comfortable leading from the floor.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Fluency in English and Spanish required
