The Pasqual Maragall Foundation was created in 2008 with the mission of promoting and developing excellent biomedical research. The Foundation is fully committed to being instrumental in contributing to global solutions to the problem of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, as well as to raising social awareness about the disease. The Foundation's research is conducted at the Barcelonaßeta Brain Research Center (BBRC), a research center established with the participation of Pompeu Fabra University and the "la Caixa" Foundation.
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation's vision is to achieve a future without Alzheimer's, within the framework of active and healthy aging associated with positive experiences and freedom from problems and cognitive decline. To this end, BBRC research focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of Alzheimer's disease, which is made possible through the participation of thousands of people who voluntarily contribute to scientific studies aimed at achieving far fewer people with the disease in the near future.
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a private, non-profit organization. Its financial resources come from philanthropic donations from organizations and companies, as well as from an extensive network of more than 100,000 members who contribute to funding its research. The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a young, established and growing foundation that, together with the BBRC, currently has more than 250 people. The FPM team has transversal areas of maintenance, IT, finance, purchasing, human resources, communication, social area and fundraising, and the BBRC scientific team is made up of research staff and professionals from the areas of medicine, biology, psychology and nursing, among others. All in a dynamic environment, in which continuous challenges are part of the Foundation's scope of work.
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the Fundraising Area, reporting directly to the Digital Fundraising Manager of the Foundation.
The mission of this role will be to manage digital projects and campaigns linked to the Foundation's fundraising and visibility objectives. This person will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of these digital campaigns and activations aimed at raising awareness and fundraising, ensuring their quality and efficiency.
Main responsibilities
* Plan, monitor and execute strategic campaigns for the Fundraising Area (e.g., the annual donation campaign).
* Manage the preparation of briefings and the monitoring of objectives.
* Contact and coordinate external suppliers (creative teams, media agencies).
* Coordinate communication with the Foundation's internal teams (Telemarketing, Strategic Alliances, Loyalty, F2F, Communication) to ensure that their needs are met and that they have visibility into the campaigns.
* Control and monitor budgets.
* To lead, coordinate and monitor the project for the allocation of advertising spaces, with the aim of increasing the visibility of the Foundation and its fundraising efforts in these formats.
* Identify digital innovation opportunities (new tools, channels or formats) that can enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Coordination and collaboration
* Ensure smooth communication between the different teams and people involved in the projects and campaigns.
* To inform and give visibility to the campaigns and their results in a clear and orderly manner to the different teams.
* Support other members of the digital acquisition team in the creation of content for email marketing or social media.
* Collaborate in the monitoring and review of content and formats, supporting other projects of the digital acquisition team.
Data and results orientation
* Perform monitoring, analysis, and report writing to evaluate and improve the impact of digital projects and campaigns.
* Use and integrate into daily work the results tracking tools and dashboards used by the Fundraising team.
Requirements
* Education: Degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in coordinating and executing advertising campaigns and digital projects.
* Knowledge of paid media, SEM/SEO/GEO, email marketing and digital analytics tools.
* Valuable experience in the third sector and in advertising or media agencies.
* Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan, and a high level of English comprehension.
