We are looking for a highly experienced Corporate Travel Agent with a strong background in travel agency operations. Amex GBT, BCD Travel, FCM) and is proficient in Amadeus GDS (cryptic) and Concur Travel for booking and managing travel services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and train tickets.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and cost guidelines.
- Provide responsive support for travel-related issues, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and urgent requests.
- Process corporate credit card statements related to travel expenses.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience working in a corporate travel agency (e.G., completed apprenticeship or academic degree in travel management/travel agency or a related field).
- Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus Selling Platform (cryptic) for booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and rail.
- Experience with online booking tools, especially Concur Travel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
