Mission
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational strategies in your region. You will oversee commercial performance and operational execution to ensure sustainable financial and team growth.
Functions
* Analyze specific markets and develop plans to grow the business and meet sales targets.
* Set sales targets and develop new business opportunities in fine fragrances.
* Coordinate with production to meet client expectations regarding quality and delivery time, supporting sales and operations.
* Manage existing clients and prospect new ones within your area.
* Conduct market research, contact potential new customers, and visit them.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Creative, Fragrance Development, Marketing, Finance, Production, and People & Organization.
* Present projects internally and follow up on the production process to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage pricing for your client portfolio, address client inquiries, and advise on their needs.
* Monitor and manage the profitability of your accounts.
* Keep management informed about the regional situation by providing short, medium, and long-term business plans.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
* At least 8 years of sales experience as a Key Account Manager in the fragrance industry.
* Experience in managing P&L.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
