Ideal candidates have retail or luxury fashion experience, excel at team building, and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the store launch, from recruitment and pre-opening preparations to daily operations and sales, shaping the store culture from day one.ResponsibilitiesSupport the area manager in daily activities, contributing to store strategyManage all store operationsImplement measures to meet and exceed sales targetsEnsure merchandising standards and optimize sales spaceManage stock levels according to replenishment cycles and merchandising strategiesMaintain product and fashion knowledgeApply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standardsSupervise customer reception in line with POP MART guidelinesCoordinate store activities like events, launches, and campaignsTrain and develop new staff membersPromote effective communication within the teamMonitor team performance using KPIs and achieve store objectivesAnalyze customer behavior KPIsEnsure departmental budget and targets are metFollow company procedures and policiesQualifications & ExperienceCitizenship or valid work permit required5-8 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in multinational or luxury fashion contextsKnowledge of trade KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reportingAgility, dynamism, problem-solving skillsResults-oriented mindsetStrong leadership and team management skillsBachelor's or master's degree preferredFluent in Spanish and EnglishProficient in ExcelDesirable (Not Essential)Knowledge of CEGIDYour ApplicationIf interested, please submit your updated CV via "Apply Now" or email us directly.
