At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action: /p ul liState-of-the-art Data Technology to drive customer experience /li liState-of-the-art Procurement Sourcing to drive efficiency and better manage risks /li liHigh-Performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entities /li /ul h3Job position pitch /h3 pThe bOperational Resilience Expert /b contributes to AXA GO's overall security improvement by preparing, assessing and testing if AXA GO is ready for a major incident or crisis. /p h3Where will you be in the organization? /h3 pbThe division (Group Security) /b /p pYou will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.). /p pThroughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand, and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security. /p h3Our Main Missions /h3 ul liMonitor the Security Threat Landscape. /li liDefine and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group. /li liDrive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities. /li liEnsure the security of AXA GO as an entity, and of AXA GO as a Service Provider. /li liProvide centralized security services and products to AXA entities. /li /ul h3Group Security Division Is Divided In 4 Main Blocks /h3 ul liCorporate functions (Group Mandate): Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness /li liCyber Defense (Group Security services and products provider) /li liGO Security (Security of AXA GO as an entity, and of AXA GO as a Service Provider) /li liCorporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security): Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets /li /ul h3The department (GO Security) /h3 pGO Security department mandate, as part of Group Security division, is to secure AXA GO as an entity, and secure AXA GO Products delivered by AXA GO as a Service Provider to other entities of AXA. /p h3GO Security Department Is Divided In 5 Teams /h3 ul liGO Security Oversight /li liGO Security Engineering CoE /li liGO Security Technical Design Technical Assurance /li liGO Product Security Office /li liGO Security Operational Excellence /li /ul h3The team (GO Security Oversight) /h3 pGO Security Oversight team is responsible of /p ul liProtecting the organization's information, technology physical assets from external and internal threats, such as cyberattacks, data breaches, and malicious insiders. /li liDeveloping and implementing GO Security security policies, aligned with the Group Security instructions and regulatory requirements. /li liManaging risks related to AXA GO as an entity, with support from Security Engineering CoE team, and reporting relevant risks in AXA GO Security Risk Committees. /li liOverseeing the planification and execution of the yearly security testing campaign across AXA GO /li liDeveloping and implementing security awareness and training programs to ensure AXA GO employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure environment. /li liEnsuring compliance with Group Security instructions and regulatory requirements, supervising primary assurance on AXA GO as an entity, supporting primary assurance activities for AXA GO as a Service Provider, and reporting to Group Security with adequate level of data accuracy. /li liDeveloping and maintaining business continuity policies, business continuity plans and exercises to ensure AXA GO can respond effectively to incidents and maintain business operations in the event of a disaster. /li liOverseeing physical security of AXA GO sites (offices, data centers) and people (travels, events). /li liPrioritizing/managing the remediation of audit issues owned by GO Security Oversight. /li /ul h3About The Job /h3 h3Main missions /h3 pReporting to bGO Security Oversight Executive Manager /b, the bOperational Resilience Expert /b contributes to the development and implementation of the end-to-end strategic approach to Operational Resilience including governance, oversight of Operational Resilience activity throughout AXA GO as an entity. This role involves ensuring that IT services can be recovered and resumed in a timely manner following a disruption, thereby minimizing the impact on business operations. /p h3Your Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liSupport the GO Security Oversight Executive Manager the GO Security Oversight Operational Resilience Officer Lead in aligning all IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) IT Resilience (ITR) planning, initiatives, and goals with Group guidelines and regulatory requirements as DORA. /li liDevelop and maintain the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) IT Resilience (ITR) and methodology as part of the Operational Resilience Management System /li liEstablish operational resilience requirements and guidelines for consumption by wide audiences and provide training to Local Operational Resilience teams /li liReview business impact analyses to identify critical IT services and potential threats. /li liCollaborate, Support and Oversee IT Service Continuity Plans (ITS Continuity Plans) to ensure the recovery and continuity of IT services. /li liRegularly review and update continuity plans based on test results to ensure the effectiveness of the ITS Continuity plans and changing business requirements. /li liCollaborate, Support and Oversee Local Operational Resilience teams of AXA Group Operations in the diverse activities including but not limited to yearly DR Test campaign, ITSCM ITR Strategy (Backup/Restore, Fast Isolation), status of ITSCM activities and overall readiness of IT services. /li liPrepare and facilitate awareness and training programs and sessions to wide audiences /li liMonitor and assess the effectiveness of ITSCM activities and make recommendations for continuous improvement. /li liProvide visibility and report to the GO Security Oversight Executive Manager the GO Security Oversight Operational Resilience Lead Expert on the overall Operational Resilience Program /li liContribute to the remediation of audit issues on Operational Resilience perimeter /li /ul h3Expected Skills Experience /h3 pWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: /p h3Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Security or IT. /li liOperational Resilience industry certification (ISO 22301 Lead Implementor / Lead Auditor or equivalent) strongly recommended. /li liExperience 5 years. /li liStrong experience in Operational Resilience Management Systems. /li liExperience of working on ISO27001/2 and/or related security standards is a plus. /li liExperience working in Regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience (GDPR, DORA…) is a plus. /li liExperience working in Financial Services sector preferred. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liProficiency in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) IT Resilience (ITR) standards, good practices tools. /li liBusiness Continuity Management (BCM) and in Incident Crisis management (I CM standards knowledge is a plus. /li liStrong understanding of risk management principles. /li /ul h3Soft Skills / Transversal Skills /h3 ul liAbility to effectively operate in a decentralized and political corporate environment. /li liAbility to function effectively in a matrix structure. /li liStrong communication skills to collaborate and interact with various stakeholders. /li liExcellent time management skills (tight deadlines). /li liAbility to prioritize activities and to manage action plans, review progress and adjust where required. /li liGood analytical skills and the ability to clearly identify key issues. /li liAbility to request solutions relevant to the complexity, scope, risk and magnitude of problems impacting the service level. /li liFluency in English is a necessity. /li liFluency in French is an advantage. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and we’re committed to equal opportunities in all aspects of employment (gender, LGBT+, disabled persons, or people of different origins) and to promoting Diversity Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are valued. /p h3Seniority level /h3 ul liNot Applicable /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liFull-time /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liManagement and Manufacturing /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liIT Services and IT Consulting /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
