ContextEarlier this year, I sold my previous company. Since then, I've been running a series of structured experiments to figure out what I want to build next. I've done experiments in enterprise B2B, e-commerce, SaaS and sales tools. Two of the latest experiments are at the bottom of this post for context.I can run solo, but I'm convinced it will be faster, more fun, and more successful with the right co-maker.So I'm looking for an experienced partner who knows the ins-and-outs of at least one industry and has already done something interesting. You like simple, sharp products, fast validation, and small teams, and you intrinsically care about big-picture moves rather than micro-optimisations.No need for a full leap on day one, but minimum 2-3 days per week and enough financial stability to explore without relying on a salary. What we will doRun rapid validation experiments for focused, single-feature productsProducts that help people make money, save money, or save timeIdeally in a niche or sector that we are highly familiar withPrinciples for ideas I'll pursueSimple enough so that it's possible to build a sellable MVP in under 10 days10x cheaper or 10x better than current alternativesSingle-feature, easy-to-understand products with PLG and light sales touchesFit examplesPainkillers solving a real, recurring problemScratching own itchAutomation of repetitive niche tasksUnbundling a bloated tool into one sharp featureDistribution-led conceptsPainful problems in boring nichesNot a fit"Cool" tools without a painful problemBuild-it-and-they-will-come ideasSlightly better clones with no twistOne-time-use utilitiesSeedy and unethical marketsLow-priced B2CComplex, heavy SaaSDifficult business model mechanicsPassion projects with no marketConsulting or agency work disguised as productEnterprise products and servicesAlready have somethingIf you're already working on something that you think fits these criteria, I'm keen to learn moreAmbitions and working styleFast and highly organized minimal entrepreneurshipScientific and structured approach to product and growthFully remote, with optional occasional in-person work weeksTiny, multi-disciplinary founder team of 2 (maybe 3) plus versátil freelance supportBootstrappedLow ego: best ideas win, no politicsTargets after 1 year: 50k MRR, > 80% margin, equal splitValidation strategyBudget: ~€2-5k per ideaTimeline: 2 weeks to complete each cycleDeliverables per cycle:a. It helped me realize that I do not want to be involved with enterprises.Right now, I'm testing Early signals are mixed — a 1% CTR on a €300 display test and a 4% positive rate on direct outreach — good, but potentially too limited "painkiller" pull. I'm currently running two more experiments to confirm or kill it.
