* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Major Incident, Problem, or Service Management.
* ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
* C1 / C2 proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong technical background and ability to liaise with IT departments.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
* Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work in a global environment.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate major incident management calls across time zones.
* Drive rapid incident resolution by collaborating with global teams.
* Maintain accurate incident tracking, reporting, and documentation.

* Act as the primary contact for incident management communication.
* Collaborate with IT departments to resolve complex issues.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management processes.
