The project!
As Corporate & Contractual Lawyer, you will be the legal business partner to the retail and wholesale area of all brands, responsible for the company secretarial of AWWG companies.
What will the role entail?
Commercial:
* Draft, review and negotiation of lease agreements.
* Contracts with pure players, jobbers and marketplaces.
* Update of the contractual database.
* Draft, review and negotiation of franchise, distribution and agency agreements.
* Support and assistance to the different departments of the company (finance, retail) in any legal enquiry.
Corporate:
* Assistance in maintenance of the Powers of Attorney structure.
* Assistance in specific big projects of the Corporate Area.
* Management of the Inter-Company relations of the different legal entities of the Group.
* Coordination with the Finance teams at the end of the fiscal year for the annual audit and approval of the financial statements.
* Assisting with the corporate maintenance of the subsidiaries of the company, updating and preparing official documents, such as contracts, minutes, certificates and filings with Commercial Registries, Chamber of Notaries and other public entities or administrations –or coordinate with external lawyers.

Requirements
* Degree in Law.
* 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong ability to work in an agile, disciplined, and collaborative environment.
* Advanced English and Spanish level.
