Responsibilities
* Be a regional technical reference for Yara Solutions, clarifying doubts and assisting with the implementation of value propositions, ensuring correct technical positioning for focal crops in the responsibility area: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya.
* Create and execute a Yara Solutions demand generation plan for the region, and follow up with precision, quality, and quantity.
* Develop, implement, and communicate the local value proposition and product positioning for Yara Solutions.
* Support distributors in differentiating and defending the value proposition of Yara Solutions.
* Execute demand generation actions at both distribution and end-user levels.
* Identify key players in the Yara Solutions business in collaboration with the Yara Iberian team and establish action plans for each.
* Collaborate with regional teams.
Profile
* Market Development experience, around 3-5 years.
* Previous experience in Agchem.
* Good understanding of market dynamics.
* Fluency in French and English (mandatory). Spanish and/or Arabic are a plus.
* Availability to travel regularly within the responsibility area and occasionally abroad.
* Proactive, initiative-taking, with strong communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset.
* Values: collaboration, responsibility, ambition, curiosity.
* Valid driver’s license.
Additional Information
* Resident in Algeria.
* This position reports to Yara Bureau de Liaison in Algeria.
* Approximately 90% of the time dedicated to field visits.
* Availability to travel within the four countries and occasionally abroad.
* Full-time permanent position.
