The Role
We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at Puromenu in Cabanillas del Campo.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative processes at Puromenu from A to Z. You will oversee the companyâs financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management.
You will also be part of the central finance team at TNC, working closely with financial controllers across Europe. Together, you will contribute to the harmonization and continuous improvement of financial processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
* Responsible for input and output of the accounting system
* Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Monitor and manage cashflow
* Develop and manage budgets and support forecasting activities
Compliance & Coordination
* Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations
* Act as a liaison between the company and the external accounting firm on accounting, tax, and payroll matters
* Manage relationship with the external accounting firm
* Coordinate audits and support internal control initiatives
Business Partnering
* Act as a finance partner to operational departments (e.g., production, warehouse)
* Implement and maintain internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks
* Conduct variance and KPI analysis to support performance improvement
Group Collaboration
* Work closely with the central TNC finance team
* Contribute to the harmonization of financial processes across the group
Your Profile
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* 3â5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role
* Experience working with external accounting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
* Strong team player
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
