ABOUT NUOVIT HOMESAt Nuovit Homes, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a motivated Sales Advisor / Property Consultant to support our residential developments in Fuengirola–Mijas, one of the most active areas on the Costa del Sol.We are seeking a professional with strong sales skills, client orientation, and experience managing the full buyer journey in a dynamic, international real estate environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to reservation and completion- Conduct property presentations and client visits, both onsite and remotely- Provide an excellent customer experience tailored to each buyer’s needs- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to support commercial activity- Maintain accurate reporting and client tracking through CRM toolsCandidate Profile- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate sector- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset- Client-focused approach, with the ability to understand expectations and build trust- Basic knowledge of legal and financial aspects of property transactions- Comfortable using real estate software and digital tools to manage leads and clients efficiently- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong team player, able to follow internal procedures and collaborate effectivelyLanguages- Fluent Spanish and English (required)- Additional languages are a plus, especially:- Polish- Finnish- Swedish / Norwegian / Dutch / GermanWhat We Offer- The opportunity to join a professional development company- High-quality residential product and strong brand positioning- Dynamic environment with direct client interaction and international exposure
