This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to prestigious international residential, hospitality, and office developments, leading design coordination and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through constructionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & Project DeliveryLead and oversee all phases of architectural design and construction documentation for high-end projectsEnsure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through construction and final completion.Review and coordinate design packages to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirementsDesign Management & Interface CoordinationAct as the primary custodian of the Interface Control Document (ICD) and Interface Register.Lead the coordination, tracking, and resolution of design interfaces across Architecture, Structure, MEP disciplines, and third-party consultants.Proactively identify and resolve technical design conflicts, constructability issues, and coordination challengesProject Planning & Stakeholder CoordinationSupport the establishment and monitoring of project schedules to mitigate design clashes, authority approval delays, and construction risksCoordinate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and design deliverablesTeam LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and support junior architectural staffPromote best practices in design management, BIM coordination, and project deliveryContribute to the continuous improvement of internal design and coordination processesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (Professional Degree).Master's Degree, professional licensure, or equivalent qualifications are considered an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience, primarily focused on residential, hospitality, and office developmentsStrong experience delivering luxury or high-end projectsComprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, detailing, building materials, and applicable building regulationsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflowsExperience working within Common Data Environments (CDE), including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Oracle AconexStrong design coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional level of English, both written and spokenWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience. xhfqzwm Opportunity to work on prestigious international projects across the Middle East and other general marketsExposure to multidisciplinary teams and complex developmentsA collaborative, international, and growth-oriented working environmentCareer development opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
