Teltronic is seeking a responsible for coordinating and managing all logistical aspects related to domestic and international shipments of radio communication systems and complementary materials, as well as organizing and supervising warehouse operations at Teltronic, Zaragoza. This role requires coordination with the company's international branches and offices, clients, shipping companies, chambers of commerce, and embassies, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations specific to Spain and each destination country.Main duties:
- Manage and coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.- Negotiate and coordinate with maritime, air, and land transport companies to optimize costs and delivery times.- Understand and apply import and export regulations, including taxes, tariffs, and specific requirements for each country of origin and destination.- Have solid knowledge of Spanish export legislation, particularly regarding dual-use materials, licenses, and export controls.- Oversee order preparation and dispatch, as well as the picking of raw materials in the warehouse.- Lead and manage a warehouse team, promoting efficiency and quality in operations.- Coordinate with international delegations, offices, and clients to ensure proper shipment management.- Manage documentation, including procedures with chambers of commerce, embassies, and customs agencies, with special attention to dual-use regulations.- Maintain accurate activity records and prepare reports related to shipments and logistics costs.Profile requirements:
Training in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.Demonstrated experience in managing domestic and international shipments and customs coordination.In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, taxation, Spanish export legislation, and particularly regarding dual-use materials.Knowledge and experience in managing licenses, authorizations, and export controls for sensitive products.Negotiation skills and relationship management with suppliers and logistics operators.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent organization, planning, and attention to detail.Advanced English;
other languages such asPortuguese are a plus.Knowledge of ERP (preferably Microsoft FO) systems and specialized logistics software.Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate different international stakeholders
