We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors.We are focused on integral expansion, collaborative innovation and sustainability with the aim to become a great place to work!**The mission of this role**Conceptualise, elaborate, and develop prototypes for the improvement or creation of new products. This position will be based in Quadpack Wood, our wood manufacturing facility in Torelló (Barcelona).**Key Responsibilities**- Prepares and develops prototypes for the improvement or creation of new products (wood packaging components)- Research for specific topics related to innovative solutions, technology suppliers, material suppliers, product benchmark (concurrence analysis) and update with technical universities and technical centers.- Produces technical, operational, and functional reports on the product developed, and he/she oversees projects for the continuous improvement of existing products.- Interaction with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.- Collaborates with departments that contribute to the development of the project: industrialization, production, quality, maintenance, and sales.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial design or related field)- Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects from concept to launch.- Strong problem-solving skills and customer oriented.- Ability to work on cross-functional projects.- Experience in the beauty industry is preferable.- Advanced level of Spanish, English and French.
