Business Controller | Technology‐Driven Industrial Environment (Barcelona)
Manpower Professional Recruitment is seeking a Business Controller with a strong business orientation and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams. This position plays a central role in converting operational and commercial activity into meaningful financial analysis that supports strategic decision‐making.

Role and responsabilities
* Act as the embedded finance business partner for the business unit leadership team.
* Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
* Partner closely with Sales, translating pipeline and bookings into reliable forward‐looking revenue forecasts.
* Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments and performance versus targets.
* Support the monthly accounting close, in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
* Build integrated P&L and balance sheet forecasts, supporting AOP and quarterly business reviews.
* Deliver clear financial insights to support decision‐making and business growth.
Profile Required
* 6+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling or finance business partnering roles.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset, ideally with experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting.
* Solid understanding of monthly close and accounting processes.
* Advanced Excel skills;
ERP experience is a strong plus.
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‐finance stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in evolving, growth‐stage environments.
* Background in technology, hardware or industrial/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
* Fluent Englishis required;
Spanish and/or Catalan are a strong advantage.
