CORPORATE IT SYSTEMS MANAGER

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate IT Systems Manager based in Barcelona (hybrid role).
Your Mission
To lead the Systems department, ensuring the proper management and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, workplace services, OT (Operational Technology), and communications. This role has a direct impact on all company users, as it supports the daily tools and services they rely on. The position is key to guaranteeing infrastructure availability, defining performance indicators, and enhancing the digital workplace experience.
Your Major Accountabilities
* Manage IT infrastructure, OT, networks, technical support, and workplace services.
* Oversee service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and budget control (CAPEX & OPEX).
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrate innovative solutions to enhance processes and user experience.
* Define and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with other IT and business teams to align the infrastructure with strategic goals.
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and IT standards.
* Lead and develop the internal and external IT operations team.
We Would Like You To Have
* Over 5 years of similar experience
* Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
* Proven leadership in IT operations and infrastructure projects.
* Familiar with regulatory implications on IT systems (GxP, ISO, etc.).
* Track record of implementing workplace and OT improvements.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
* General knowledge of IT architecture, networking, workplace technologies, and OT.
* Desirable: ITIL and ISO 20000 frameworks, with a focus on change management.
* Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications or Postgraduate studies in IT Management or similar
* Languages: Spanish & English, German is a plus
