Job Description
Asociación Centro Trama is a non-governmental organization dedicated to defending human rights and improving the quality of life for socially disadvantaged groups.

You will be part of a specialized service providing attention to children and adolescents at social risk, offering tailored interventions to support their personal and social development. Your work will be crucial in coordinating efforts across social, educational, and health sectors.
1. Direct intervention: working individually and in groups with at-risk children and adolescents to help them overcome difficulties and promote their well-being.
2. Planning and leading educational and recreational activities to foster development and participation.
3. Active coordination with social and educational entities for comprehensive, personalized care.
4. Participation in family meetings and other coordination meetings with local entities to ensure proper follow-up and support.
Your role will be vital in creating support networks and providing solutions for inclusion and comprehensive development of minors.
Contract Details
* Permanent contract with full-time hours (38.5 hours/week).
* Flexible schedule mainly as follows:
* Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12:30 to 20:00
* Friday from 10:30 to 18:30
* One Saturday per month on a rotating basis with colleagues.
Work Location: Villa de Vallecas
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in Social Education (mandatory)
* At least 1 year of experience working with minors at risk
* Empathy and skills to connect with minors
* Ability to design and implement individualized and group intervention plans
* Teamwork and coordination skills with other professionals
* Social commitment and sensitivity towards vulnerable groups
