The OEM Sales Manager is responsible for defining and executing the OEM business strategy for the HVAC division in Spain. The role focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers, ensuring the growth of revenue and market share through tailored solutions in RAC, LCAC, MRV, and A2 W/DHW segments.
This role acts as the key link between Haier's global manufacturing capabilities and local partners, ensuring that business objectives are translated into successful long-term collaborations.
Role and Responsibilities:
The OEM Sales Manager defines and implements the commercial roadmap for the OEM segment in Spain, holding responsibility for the achievement of sales targets, margins, and volume growth.
The role involves identifying, approaching, and securing new OEM customers to expand Haier's footprint in the Spanish market, while strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive increased collaboration.
The position is responsible for providing technical expertise and product information to facilitate cooperation, ensuring that OEM partners receive the necessary support to integrate Haier's technology into their portfolios.
The role includes monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements (with a strong focus on Aerotermia/A2 W) to adjust strategies accordingly, while ensuring regular reporting to senior management on performance, risks, and market opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
The position requires a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development roles within the HVAC industry, with a proven track record in OEM management or managing large strategic accounts (KAM).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC solutions (specifically A2 W, MRV, and RAC) and the Spanish regulatory landscape (RITE, CTE) is required.
Experience working within international or matrix organizations is highly valued.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
Fluency in English is required.
