What will you do?
As Agile Coach Analyst, your goal will be to help accelerate the achievement of Santander Spain's strategic objectives through implementing agile methodologies and managing key projects. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in agile practices.
* Implementing and evolving agility within Santander, acting as a bridge between the domain and the acceleration office.
* Guiding and training teams and tribes on agile values, principles, and practices.
* Advancing teams' maturity levels sustainably.
* Helping teams identify and manage impediments.
* Assisting TLs and POs in product and process management.
* Facilitating prioritization, planning, and product/process design techniques.
* Implementing continuous improvement models.
* Enhancing transparency and communication.
* Guiding discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
* Ensuring agile ceremonies are scaled appropriately, including OKRs, incremental reviews, QBRs, etc.
Experience
3-5 years in agility with banking/financial teams, capable of leading change and managing interdepartmental dependencies.
Education
* Degree or vocational training in Engineering or Business Administration.
* Certifications or courses in agility (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
Skills & Knowledge
* Persuasion and teamwork skills.
* Autonomy, proactivity, synthesis, and prioritization skills.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies.
* Understanding of technology and project management tools.
