We are a leading testing, inspection and certification company seeking a professional to drive business growth in our Crop Sciences division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage sales and development expertise to expand market presence in Europe
* Establish and maintain key customer relationships

Specific Objectives:
* Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends
* Enhance service delivery methods through innovation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional portfolio expansion
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in crop sciences, consultancy or TIC industry commercial roles
* Degree or Master level education
* Proven track record in sales and business development
Desired Skills:
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English; French, German or Spanish beneficial
* Ability to work under high stress and make decisive decisions
