We are seeking an experienced Divisional Trade Marketing Manager to lead Trade Marketing strategy and execution across key channels including Supermarkets, Mini Markets, and Ecommerce. This pivotal role will drive category growth, strengthen in‐store execution, and enhance commercial performance by shaping long‐term channel strategies and enabling the commercial organisation with insights, standards, and activation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement 12–36 month Trade Marketing strategies in alignment with Category Marketing
Lead channel thinking across the commercial team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution
Own Point‐of‐Purchase (POP) strategy and standards for each category and channel
Provide critical business insights, space management solutions, and category activation tools
Support commercial teams in delivering profitable sales growth and enhanced market share
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Drive excellence in merchandising, pricing, promotional design, and new product launches
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field (mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of Trade Marketing experience within a blue‐chip FMCG or retail organization
Proven expertise in Category Management, Trade Marketing strategy, and Retail channel development
Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting capabilities
Demonstrated experience in managing merchandising strategy, pricing frameworks, and trade promotions
Strong leadership experience, including people management and cross‐functional collaboration
Proficient in English, computer literate, and holding a valid driving licence
