The Roles
We are currently looking for Sales Assistants and Senior Sales Assistants to join our team for the upcoming season.
Contract Details
- Seasonal contract: April – October
- Full-time
- Competitive salary + commission
- Multiple locations
- Accommodation possible (limited availability)
Essential Requirements
- Proven, target-driven sales experience
- Genuine passion for fashion
- A strong interest in avant-garde designers is essential for positions at our Ibiza Town flagship store
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Own transport required for positions outside Ibiza Town
The Role Includes
- Delivering a high-level, personalised customer experience
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Developing strong product knowledge across fashion and luxury sunglasses
- Building trust and long-term relationships with an international clientele
- Maintaining store standards and brand presentation
- Working as part of a professional, experienced team
