We are looking for a Project Adaptation Lead – Gearbox Systems (Powertrain) to join our international projects.
&##128187; What Will You Do?
Optimize costs by arbitrating mechanical/non-mechanical metiers to meet KPI and quality performance terms.
Manage project development for complete gearbox perimeter, following quality milestones in RAP, HIPC, and steering committees.
Present project hard points, ensure schedule respect, and engage suppliers/internal teams for worldwide applications.
Drive synthesis, transverse management, and process improvements across gearbox conception and tuning phases.
&##127757; Requirements:
~ Engineering degree with technical expertise in GMP (Gearbox Mechanical Parts) conception, tuning, and vehicle functionality.
~5+ years in automotive transmissions/gearbox projects, with product/process knowledge and exploitation understanding.
~ Proven project management, team coordination, negotiation skills, and synthesis capacity.
~ Languages: English C1 mandatory; French B2/C1 desirable.
~ Excellent communication, efficacy leadership, client focus, and stress resilience.
