What will your mission be?
You will be a key figure in international logistics management and customer experience, ensuring efficient, timely shipments in compliance with current regulations. You will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Main responsibilities
* End-to-end management of imports and exports (documentation, customs, regulations, and transportation).
* Coordination with legal entities to obtain import permits for products.
* Preparation and review of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MSDS, etc.
* Order management and follow-up.
* Ongoing communication with clients regarding lead times, documentation, and shipment status.
* Close collaboration with production, warehouse, and planning teams.
* Updating data and records in the ERP system.
* Proposing improvements to logistics and compliance processes.
What are we looking for?
* +5 years of experience in international logistics.
* Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international regulations.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, or similar).
* Fluent Spanish and English.
* Experience in complex international environments.
* Strong customer orientation, organization, and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving, proactive profile, accustomed to working under pressure.
* Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar.
