We are currently looking for a **Junior Financial Controller** to support our Finance team with financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly closings. In this role, you will work closely with senior finance leaders, auditors, and multiple business departments, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and control across the organization.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (IFRS & Spanish GAAP - BS, P&L;, CF)
- Support budgeting & forecasting and analyze deviations
- Ensure timely monthly closings and reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR & Tech teams
- Work closely with Senior Finance Controller and auditors
**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Experience in multinational environments and/or audit firms **+3 years**:
- Proactive, autonomous & flexible mindset
**Technical Skills**
- IFRS & GAAP knowledge
- Financial reporting & control
- Strong Excel + ERP experience
